WASTE OR MATERIAL PROFILE SUBMISSION

An ERS Waste Profile Form must be submitted for all manifested wastes.  

An ERS Material Profile Form must be submitted for all non-RCRA regulated materials which will be shipped to Phibro-Tech on a Bill of Lading. 

When submitting a profile, attach a copy of all MSDS's associated with the material to be recycled. For mixtures there may be several MSDS's to submit. The MSDS information is also needed to complete the profile accurately and is a great aid to Phibro-Tech's lab staff when analyzing the sample.
