| It is the intent of the Charles H.
Bendheim Memorial Laboratory of Phibro-Tech, Inc. that all studies
conducted by our facility exemplify the highest quality and meet
or exceed the criteria promulgated in 40 CFR Part 160 to assure
the integrity of the data generated. Studies are inspected by a
qualified Quality Assurance Coordinator and the findings are
reported to the Study Director and facility management.
